Why Choose the Grosvenor Mews Townhomes

Grosvenor Mews townhomes are a small community of approximately 100 homes located between the Beltway, I-270 and the Rockville Pike.  It is close to the Grosvenor Metro, Strathmore, North Bethesda and downtown Bethesda.  These townhomes range in size from slightly more than 1600 square feet in living space to over 2500 square feet. Interestingly some are HOAs and others are condos.  Still they are all part of Grosvenor Mews and they are all on King Charles.  The community is small enough to get to know your neighbors and you will love being so close to the park at Beach Drive where you can run, bike and walk your dog!

Amenities

The Grosvenor Mews has limited amenities. You get a parking place as part of your ownership, but no pool or exercise room.  Of course, Grosvenor Mews is very close to Beach Drive with all the trails, play grounds and parks there.

Floor Plans

Grosvenor Mews TownhomesThere are a variety of floorplans at Grosvenor Mews.  For instance, the eight 1620 square foot units are condos with two levels and two or three bedrooms and two and a half baths.  This model is essentially a piggy back unit like those found at Parthenon Court or  City Commons of Bethesda.

The eight 1853 square foot units are also two level piggy back townhomes with either two bedrooms or three and two and a half baths or more.  The 1898 square foot units (31 units in total) have 3 levels.  Some have a loft level too.  The bedrooms and bathrooms differ from unit to unit.  Some have 2 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths.  Others have three bedrooms and three and a half baths.  The 1944 square foot units (26 of them) are varied floorplans too with some being two bedrooms and others being three bedrooms.  Approximately 25 units are 1976 square feet – again with a variety of floorplans.  There also are four large units (2489 square feet – 2517 square feet.) These are the original luxury townhomes built in the community with very contemporary lines and skylights.

Do You Need a Realtor

I have been a realtor for over 33 years, specializing in helping buyers and sellers with all their Bethesda and Northwest Washington real estate needs. In addition to being a realtor with many years experience in all kinds of markets – the good, the bad and the ugly, I also am an attorney admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia.  While I no longer practice as such, I think that my years of experience as a lawyer also work to the advantage of my clients.
