Madison Park Condos are Spacious and Open
You have lots of choices in Bethesda among the newer condo buildings. There is the Darcy, which is a few years old and the Stonehall, the Lauren, and the Cheval, all completed since 2018. Why pick the Madison Park ? Its location at 5000 Battery Lane – close to the Woodmont Triangle – is one great reason. The Madison Park was built in 1990. Its large windows and balconies provided a welcome change from the traditional condominium buildings that Washington and Bethesda had seen before. There are no other tall buildings nearby so you have great views from the rooms and balconies. The sunsets are particularly lovely from the upper level condos facing west toward downtown Bethesda.
The Madison Park is a small building with only 64 units ranging in size from approximately 620 square feet up to nearly 1750 square feet. There are several floorplans ranging from a one bedroom one bath condo (620 square feet) to a three bedroom two and a half bath with over 1700 square feet. Many of the condos have balconies or private terraces with some looking out on the green space of Bethesda.

Value of Your Home at Madison Park Condos
There are a number of sites on the internet that will give you ‘estimates’ for what your home will sell for. These sites use public records and usually some kind of algorithm to try to produce a value for your home. These sites also publicly state their ‘error rates’. That means they aren’t correct, they are simply an estimate based on incomplete date. We would love to do a free comparative market analysis of your home and let you know what could expect to get in today’s market if you are considering selling. Our valuation is based on up to the day data for homes that have recently sold in the area. Our valuation is not based on a formula that relies on public records which can take months to update.
