Water View Homes in Alexandria

One of my favorite buildings in Alexandria is the Porto Vecchio at 1250 S Washington St. because of its lovely water views, amazing amenities, and convenient location.   Porto Vecchio is an elegant and sophisticated building with a lively resident community surrounded by a wildlife preserve and waterfront park.

You can easily walk to all the world class shopping and dining in Old Town, or take a scenic walk along the natural and beautiful Mount Vernon Trail. If you want to venture further, you can use the resident limo service to go to the Kennedy Center, airport, DC sports etc.

Unit 408 at Porto Vecchio is a one bedroom one bath condo listed for $549,000 with a condo fee of $1011 per month.  WIth over 1000 square feet, unit 408 offers an updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large walk in pantry with built in shelves, under cabinet lighting, tile backsplash and stylish espresso cabinets. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony overlooking the river as well as the tennis courts.

The large, primary bedroom has two closets and a spa like ensuite with jetted soaking tub & large walk in shower. Beautifully maintained, original parquet flooring throughout. Gorgeous, large windows bring in natural sunlight and views that serve as a beautiful backdrop for every room.

The river views will never get old! Watch the tide come and go, experience the surrounding wildlife, socialize and participate, hop into Old Town or DC in minutes or just relax by the pool and english gardens!
