One of my favorite buildings in Alexandria is the Porto Vecchio at 1250 S Washington St. because of its lovely water views, amazing amenities, and convenient location.   Porto Vecchio is an elegant and sophisticated building with a lively resident community surrounded by a wildlife preserve and waterfront park.

You can easily walk to all the world class shopping and dining in Old Town, or take a scenic walk along the natural and beautiful Mount Vernon Trail. If you want to venture further, you can use the resident limo service to go to the Kennedy Center, airport, DC sports etc.
