Built in 1962, it has a common laundry room and no front desk. All utilities, parking and a storage area are included in the condo fee! You will love the prime location of this unit, walking distance to Bethesda Row with great shopping and restaurants, only blocks to the Metro, and nearby Norwood Park provides great exercise and green space, along with the Capital Crescent Trail for easy access into Georgetown! The building is pet friendly although size restricted.
