What’s for Sale? What Has Sold at Fox Hill Residences in Bethesda

Condo Fee

Health Care

It is easy to overlook the extras at Fox Hill that come from its management affiliation with Sun Rise, one of the nation’s largest providers of retirement living.  Fox Hill also offers assisted living  and memory care facilities whenever that becomes necessary.   This community is very similar to Maplewood, but offers even more amenities for the people who live there.
