Condo Fee

The condo fee at Fox Hill is high – over $5000 a month for a two bedroom with den and over $4000 for a two bedroom two bath.  However, the fee includes a credit toward dining and amentities, housekeeping, flat laundry, utilities, concierge and security, activities,and  transportation in addition toFox Hill One bedroom Lise Howe KWCP 240-401-5577 exterior maintenance, snow removal, and the master insurance policy.  In addition, there is an additional condo fee charge for a second person in the condo.

The condo fee covers air conditioning and heat, gas, electricity, water and sewer, trash, alarm system, common area and lawn maintenance, the health club, exercise room, jogging trails, pool, recreation facility, sauna, reserve funds, management, security gate, snow removal, the art studio, bar/lounge, beauty salon, concierge, dining rooms, virtual golf, wine storage, library, party room, five restaurants and more.

Health Care

It is easy to overlook the extras at Fox Hill that come from its management affiliation with Sun Rise, one of the nation’s largest providers of retirement living.  Fox Hill also offers assisted living  and memory care facilities whenever that becomes necessary.   This community is very similar to Maplewood, but offers even more amenities for the people who live there.
