Pet Friendly Bethesda Condos for Sale

Not every building is pet friendly (although if you have an emotional support pet or a service animal the pet ban typically does notBethesda condos for sale apply.) If you are looking for buildings that allow you to bring your pet with you, you should check out Luxberry Condos, the Gables or Bentley Place near Tuckerman, The Elizabeth in Chevy Chase, The Promenade, Kenwood Forest I and II, The Chase and The Christopher near the Bethesda metro, the Adagio, the Stonehall, Lionsgate, the Lauren, the Edgemoor and the Cheval (all new or newer buildings in Bethesda.)  Hampden Row, the three Somerset House buildings, Quarry Ridge and the new Chevy Chase Ritz buildings also are good choices if you want an upscale or luxury building.  Of course, this list is not exclusive. Other buildings in downtown Bethesda include the Darcy, Crescent Plaza and the Wellington.  We definitely need to talk!  If you want to start your search now on your own, just click here.

In Unit Laundries

If  you haven’t used a common laundry since you were in college, you might insist on your own washer and dryer in your condo.  Rest assured that there are lots of buildings with washers and dryers in the units.  (No going downstairs or down the hall to do your wash in a common laundry.)   If you want your own washer and dryer, you should check out Luxberry Condos, the Gables or Bentley Place near Tuckerman, The Elizabeth and 4620 North Park in Chevy Chase, Crescent Plaza, The Wellington, The Chase and The Christopher near the Bethesda metro.  If you are looking for a luxury building in Bethesda you might consider Somerset, the  Adagio, the Darcy, Lionsgate, or newer buildings like the Lauren, the Edgemoor and the Cheval,  Stonehall, The Ritz Carleton in Chevy Chase,  Quarry Springs or the Hampden. Other buildings in downtown Bethesda include Madison Park, the Darcy, Crescent Plaza and the Wellington.   Of course, this list is not exclusive.  We definitely need to talk!

Garage Buildings for Your Favorite Car

If you are someone who loves their car (or hates shoveling snow), a garage space is important!  Kenwood Forest and the Ritz condos in Chevy Chase are some of the few which have their own EV charging stations but garages are much more common.  Luxberry Condos near Tuckerman, 10101 Grosvenor, the Grosvenor Park, 8101 Connecticut, The Elizabeth and 4620 North Park in Chevy Chase, Crescent Plaza,  The Chase and The Christopher near the Bethesda metro all have garage parking. The Adagio, the Stonehall, Lionsgate, the Lauren, the Edgemoor and the Cheval (all new or newer buildings in Bethesda.)  Hampden Row, the three Somerset House buildings, Quarry Ridge and the new Chevy Chase Ritz buildings also are good choices if you want an upscale or luxury building.  Other buildings in downtown Bethesda include Madison Park and the Darcy, while you should certainly check out the Willoughby and the Carleton if you want to be close to the Friendship Heights metro.  It is also important to ask whether you can put in your own EV charging station if you have a reserved parking space in the garage of your Bethesda condo.  I recently sold a property at the Kenwood on River Road and that seller had installed a charging station in her parking space in the garage.

Bethesda Condos for Sale with Pools

Bethesda condos for sale with poolsSome condo buildings have an indoor pool while others have an outdoor pool.  If you want an indoor pool, then you should definitely visit the Somerset House condos (all three buildings), the Elizabeth, and the Promenade.  If you are okay with an outdoor pool, you might consider the Luxberry condos/Gables/Bentley Place complex just off Tuckerman, Georgetown Village near Edson, the Carleton in Chevy Chase and the Willoughby, the Christopher and the Chase in downtown Bethesda, Parkside and 10101, 10201 and 10401 Grosvenor and the Fitz on the Rockville Pike and Quarry Ridge along River Road.  Other choices include the Whitehall on Battery, the Riviera on East-West Highway and Kenwood Place and the Kenwood.  In addition, Parkside and the condo buildings along Spring Lake and Westlake near Montgomery Mall have outdoor pools.  Clearly, it is easier to find a condo with an outdoor pool!

Bethesda Condos for Sale with Tennis Courts

You are more likely to find Metro Stations and spas in Bethesda rather than tennis courts.  After all, there is only so much land available in downtown Bethesda so while outdoor pools are common, tennis courts are more rare.  Still there are a few buildings with tennis courts.  You might consider the Chase, the Promenade, The Somerset House buildings, 10101 Grosvenor and 10401 Grosvenor, Parkside, and Westlake Terrace and the combined communities of Luxberry, the Gables and Bentley Place have tennis courts.  The Promenade even has pickle ball courts and lots of players!   Lets talk over a game of tennis!  It will be quick and you can probably count on a quick 6-Love match – your win.
