The most expensive home in Montgomery County continues to be 11900 River Road in Potomac.  This example of luxury real estate on River Road was purchased from the King & Queen of Jordan in 2000 by Dan Snyder, then owner of the Washington Redskins, now known as the Commanders. After buying the property from the King and Queen of Jordan, Snyder bought six adjacent parcels to create a grand and private 15-acre riverfront parcel.
