A month-long celebration of Teens including a Halloween Party! Costumes welcome!
I love that the County Libraries are reaching out to teens with this Halloween series of parties in Gaithersburg. I suspect that most teens in Montgomery County are familiar with the library system as a great place to do homework or did into research for term papers. I think it is wonderful that some lucky teens will discover that the libraries are fun too!
