At the end of 2023, there were three homes on the market with another coming soon. They ranged in price from $5,975,000 for the coming soon to $1,850,000 for the least expensive.

The average sale price in November 2023 was $3.037,420, up 25.8% YOY but down 9.9% from the previous month.

The Average Sale Price per square foot was $611, up 3.6% YOY but down 3.9% MOM.  The five year average was $542.

Closed sales volume was up in November 2023 to $9,349,500, down 3% YOY but up 37% MOM.
