Why Choose the Crest in Bethesda

The Crest in Bethesda is a small community of 37 townhomes built in the late 1960s.  The units range in size from approximately 1300 square feet on the top two levels to nearly 1850 square feet.  (Montgomery County does not count the basement level of townhomes in their tax records. The homes are solid and classic in design.  They typically have three bedrooms upstairs and three levels, although of course, there is always the exception to the rule.  For example, 4911 Crescent Street only has two bedrooms and two baths upstairs.  In contrast, 4910 Western Avenue, the largest unit in the Crest, has four bedrooms and three and a half baths with 1832 square feet of space.

The Crest is great for someone who wants a townhome lifestyle close to the DC line, Friendship Heights and downtown Bethesda.  To see what homes are currently on the market, if any, just click here.

Do You Need a Realtor?

I have been a realtor for over 33 years, specializing in helping buyers and sellers with all their Bethesda and Northwest Washington real estate needs. In addition to being a realtor with many years experience in all kinds of markets – the good, the bad and the ugly, I also am an attorney admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia.  While I no longer practice as such, I think that my years of experience as a lawyer also work to the advantage of my clients.

Kitchen at the CrestIn addition to a deep knowledge of the market and the ins and outs of the real estate transaction, I bring to my sellers a real commitment to technology in general and its absolute necessity in marketing properties.  My buyer clients also benefit from my technology skills because I am constantly searching all the hidden corners of the real estate market looking for that perfect home for them.
