Luxberry Courts in North Bethesda Living Room

Stylish and quietly luxurious are two phrases often used to describe Luxberry Courts, a charming enclave of garden-style condominiums tucked just off Tuckerman Lane between Old Georgetown Road and Rockville Pike.

Set behind neighboring communities like The Gables of Tuckerman and Bentley Place, Luxberry Courts offers something that can be hard to find in Bethesda: spacious condos that feel more like small homes than typical apartments.

Many buyers—especially downsizers and professionals who want space without the maintenance of a large house—are drawn to Luxberry Courts for its brick construction, private entrances, and generous floor plans.

A Unique Condo Community in North Bethesda

Luxberry Courts was built in 1988 by the William L. Berry Company and consists of 108 brick garden-style condominiums arranged along quiet streets including Luxberry Court, Balsam Grove, Mayfair Manor, and Linden Square.

Unlike many condo buildings in Bethesda, the homes here feature private entrances and courtyard patios, giving the feeling of a townhouse or single-family home.

Buyers often comment that the homes feel like “mini single-family houses” thanks to their layout and architectural details.

Popular floor plans include:

  • Lauren Model – 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, approximately 1,289 sq ft

  • Monterey Model – 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, approximately 1,246 sq ft

  • Prescott Model – 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, approximately 1,324 sq ft

  • Oliver Model – 2 bedrooms plus den (or 3 bedrooms), about 1,917 sq ft

These generous layouts are one of the reasons Luxberry Courts appeals to buyers who want more space than typical Bethesda condos offer.

Do You Want to Know the Value of Your Condo?

There are a number of sites on the internet that will give you ‘estimates’ for what your home will sell for. These sites use public records and usually some kind of algorithm to try to produce a value for your home. These sites also publicly state their ‘error rates’. That means they aren’t correct, they are simply an estimate based on incomplete date. We are happy to do a free comparative market analysis of your home or condo in Bethesda (or anywhere else in the DC metro area) and let you know what could expect to get in today’s market if you are considering selling. Our valuation is based on up to the day data for homes that have recently sold in the area. Our valuation is not based on a formula that relies on public records which can take months to update.
