Lise was great to work with. We were first time home owners who had a pretty good idea about the area and what we wanted. We’re also obsessive researchers, so really just wanted someone to guide us through the process and make sure we didn’t make any mistakes. Lise assessed what we wanted in a relationship and worked with perfectly. She also made sure that we didn’t jump at anything too soon and took our time (the ideal place we were looking for came on the market shortly after we started searching seriously) and she made sure we stayed grounded (we eventually went with this place and just closed on it). She and her group were really great to work with and were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and follow-up on anything that needs to get done (and she has a great network). In addition, she’s an attorney by training which made us feel much better about going over legal documents and negotiations. We plan to use her in the future for more complicated transactions also (this was a simple condo purchase). She has become a friend as well as an agent (she joked about maintaining friendships with many of her clients for years, and we see why). We highly recommend Lise and her team!

We were first-time sellers of a coop apartment that we had owned for 40 years (the original purchase was made with a personal note). Lise was very pleasant to work with and extremely heldful in walking us tthrough the process. She was respectful of our desire to show the apartment without staging and got a good price for us.

I met Lise at an open house for a property she was selling. I didn’t buy that house, but liked her enough that I hired her as my buyer agent. She was very patient and helpful as I explored a LOT of houses, since I really wasn’t sure what I wanted. She asked good questions that helped me narrow my search, without being pushy. She also answered all my questions, demonstrating knowledge of the market, and sensitivity to my situation and needs.
When it came to making an offer and negotiating the deal, she was very effective in managing the process. She kept everything on track, even when the sellers and their agent were not being responsive. She even kept me on track when I expressed frustration with the delays.
And to top it all off, she’s a nice person! I would happily recommend her to anyone.
