Super group. We are very impressed with the fast and professional service that we received from Dave and Lise group. Dave worked closely with us, is very knowledgeable and responsible, helped us quickly finding our new home in Maryland.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Bowie, MD.

I honestly wish I could give them 6 stars! I had met a Keller Williams associate while on vacation. She only did Virginia realty and I was looking to be in Maryland, so she referred me to Dave Wagner. It was the best thing that ever happened to my rental search. My fiancee and I are moving from Kansas, and didn’t have a way to come and view rental properties, other than online, which isn’t the most reliable way to find a place. Dave took careful note of what we wanted (particularly the pet friendly aspect which we were really struggling to find properties that allowed pets), and sent us tons of beautiful properties. He was also willing to investigate any properties we found on our own. Then, for the properties we really loved and were considering taking, he actually went to the property, and did a live Facetime tour with me! When we were unavailable, he took video and sent it to us to review. He helped us negotiate a lease (getting the rent reduced by $200/mo!), and was super accessible and able to help us with the issues that cropped up when we were securing our property. The craziest part is, he did so much for us and didn’t charge us a dime! We will DEFINITELY be using his services when we are ready to buy a home!

My husband and I have worked with Lise Howe and her team multiple times. Lise was recommended to us by another agent as being an extremely knowledgeable and patient resource for first time home buyers like us!! We purchased our first home (as first time home buyers) with Lise’s guidance. She was indeed patient and extremely knowledgable and spent a great deal of time meeting with us and speaking with us on the phone in order to make sure we got all of our questions answered. She really got to know us as a couple and what we wanted in order to show us houses that were contenders in our search. We found our perfect home and paid, what we believed, to be a very fair price. Since that first encounter, I have recommended her to a very close friend of mine who worked with Lise and had a very similar, positive experience in which they got a great house!!

Fast forward 6 years. Our family has grown and our needs and needed location have changed a bit. Our first thought was to call Lise. We asked Lise about the process of selling a home. How could we best prepare? We weren’t planning on selling our home right away but rather, wanted guidance on renovations we could make to get top dollar. Lise met with us in our home and made suggestions. She made recommendations on where to save money and where to spend in order to get the biggest return. She even made suggestions on paint colors in order to unify our home and make it feel bigger. Our house looked brand new when it was done and was staged for a fast sell. A professional photographer came to our home to photograph it and the listing looked GREAT! Lise and her team held multiple open houses and within 2 weeks our house was sold!!

My husband and I are also currently working with Lise to purchase our new construction home. This was something that we debated (one new construction seller really discouraged use of agents…suspicious) but we thought, how hard could it really be to tell them what you want? We did some research online, we had a very honest discussion with Lise and we chose to use our beloved realtor to purchase our new home once more! We are SO glad we had Lise on our side! Just having someone representing YOU as the buyer during the process of new home construction is IMPERATIVE! Lise is a no nonsense presence in the room and takes her role as representation for her buyers VERY seriously. Lise was able to give us information that the selling agent couldn’t, she was able to help us problem solve, help us negotiate, and was able to act as our representation in a sticky potential legal issue between the seller, another buyer, and OUR lot! We are extremely happy with our decision to work with Lise Howe in ALL aspects of our home selling/buying process. I recommend her to family AND friends and I would certainly recommend her to you. 🙂

She was amazing and in a short summary, she is a professional and she gets the job done, period. We plan to use her in the future and recommend to all our friends and families who are looking for or selling a property. She has become a friend as well as an agent, she usually joked about maintaining friendships with most of her clients for years, and we truly see why.

As an active duty military member, I have been required to PCS or relocate numerous times over the span of my 30 year career. Of the many agents that have represented us, Lise is by far the best we have ever worked with. Her integrity, subject matter expertise, intelligence, and responsive, accommodating nature made her the best possible real estate professional we could have hoped for. She has represented us in both the purchase and sale of a home, and her professionalism, knowledge, and abilities ensured that the transactions went smoothly and our interests were protected. I recommend her very highly to all military members and/or to anyone in need of the very best possible real estate agent representation anywhere.

The fourth and by far the best realtor I’ve worked with in DC. Lise helped me price my condo appropriately for a quick sale. She had great ideas on how to stage the condo and market it effectively. And she’s just genuinely good at what she does. She also represented the sellers in the house I purchased and kept the two transactions professional and separate. I’m very happy with the sale of my condo, which went under contract and closed in less than a month. And I’m very happy with the lovely home that she ultimately helped me get.

Lise and her team were absolutely excellent!! I knew nothing about the home buying process and was very nervous, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. Once she gets an idea of what you’re looking for, she’ll send you new listings throughout the week that match or exceed your criteria. She kept everything in motion without rushing me. I knew Lise was really on my side because she was truthful about any drawbacks she saw in any given property. She opened my eyes to new neighborhoods and pointed out ways to improve a particular property to help me see a place’s potential. She came to my inspection and asked questions I hadn’t thought to ask. Once my offer had been accepted, she gave me great tips and ideas. Her enthusiastic and realistic approach made this process efficient, exciting, and not so scary after all. I would very highly recommend Lise Howe and her team!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Rockville, MD.

Lise was great to work with. We were first time home owners who had a pretty good idea about the area and what we wanted. We’re also obsessive researchers, so really just wanted someone to guide us through the process and make sure we didn’t make any mistakes. Lise assessed what we wanted in a relationship and worked with perfectly. She also made sure that we didn’t jump at anything too soon and took our time (the ideal place we were looking for came on the market shortly after we started searching seriously) and she made sure we stayed grounded (we eventually went with this place and just closed on it). She and her group were really great to work with and were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and follow-up on anything that needs to get done (and she has a great network). In addition, she’s an attorney by training which made us feel much better about going over legal documents and negotiations. We plan to use her in the future for more complicated transactions also (this was a simple condo purchase). She has become a friend as well as an agent (she joked about maintaining friendships with many of her clients for years, and we see why). We highly recommend Lise and her team!

We were first-time sellers of a coop apartment that we had owned for 40 years (the original purchase was made with a personal note). Lise was very pleasant to work with and extremely heldful in walking us tthrough the process. She was respectful of our desire to show the apartment without staging and got a good price for us.

I met Lise at an open house for a property she was selling. I didn’t buy that house, but liked her enough that I hired her as my buyer agent. She was very patient and helpful as I explored a LOT of houses, since I really wasn’t sure what I wanted. She asked good questions that helped me narrow my search, without being pushy. She also answered all my questions, demonstrating knowledge of the market, and sensitivity to my situation and needs.

When it came to making an offer and negotiating the deal, she was very effective in managing the process. She kept everything on track, even when the sellers and their agent were not being responsive. She even kept me on track when I expressed frustration with the delays.

And to top it all off, she’s a nice person! I would happily recommend her to anyone.
