The lucky children living here attend Bethesda Elementary, Westland Middle School and Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. There are approximately 2,000 students enrolled at B-CC. Students come from more than 55 countries. Approximately 75 percent of students go on to attend a four-year college; 20 percent attend a two-year college.
B-CC has been participating in the International Baccalaureate Program since 1996. The program provides students a liberal arts, interdisciplinary education leading to a diploma recognized throughout the world. There are several sizes of condos at the Crescent Plaza Condominiums, and prices vary accordingly. For instance a one bedroom unit with 691 square feet, sold for $365,000 in 2015. A one bedroom unit with 744 square feet sold in June 2015 for $375,000. In August 2019 a 670 square foot one bedroom condo sold for $332,000. A 615 sq ft condo sold for $350,000 in March 2019. In January 2022, there are two properties on the market. One is a condo with 1064 square feet listed for $629,900 and the second is a 691 square foot unit for $309,000 with two parking spaces.
