A very large three bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 2262 square feet of space on two levels was $1686 monthly, which was significantly lower than the condos in Friendship Heights or the new luxury condo buildings in Bethesda.
In 2023 (the most recent time a one bedroom has sold), the condo fee for a one bedroom was $812 with one parking space. The condo fee in 2024 for a 1436 square foot two bedroom two bath unit with two parking spaces is $1477 and for a two bedroom two bath unit with two parking spaces and 1821 square feet the fee is $1873 per month.
The condo fee includes water and sewer, on site management, a twenty four hour front desk, snow and trash removal, master insurance landscaping and exterior maintenance. The building does not have a pool or fitness center on site, which helps keep the fees lower in this luxury condo building.
Pet Policy at 8101 Connecticut Luxury Condo Building
Pets are allowed at the 8101 Connecticut Avenue Condos as long as they are under 20 pounds. Since this building is so close to the new Purple Line and downtown Bethesda, it is a great place to walk your favorite four legged friend. The closest dog parks are Cabin John near Democracy and the Ellsworth Urban Park in Silver Spring.
The Cabin John Regional Dog Park offers dogs, both little and small, a great place to run around and play. There are separate areas for small dogs (20 lbs or less) and large dogs (21 lbs or more) as well as drinking fountains, climbing structures, dog waste bags, and plenty of space to sit as your pup plays.
The dog park at Ellsworth consists of two separate, fully enclosed and Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant exercise areas: a small dog area (approximately 2,800 square feet) intended for dogs under 20 pounds, and a large dog area (approximately 17,000 square feet) intended for healthy, well-socialized dogs over 20 pounds. Each enclosure includes a drinking fountain, hose bib or quick coupler connection, artificial turf play mound, benches, shared shade structure, trash receptacles, and a variety of surfacing materials.
