Homes at Lakeshore Townhome Condos

This community is small with only forty two townhomes. Built in 1983 the two models of townhomes range from 1235 square feet for the two master bedroom model to 1491 square feet with three bedrooms. Both models have a bonus room on the main level that serves as a guest room or home office.  Each unit also has either a terrace or a balcony looking out at peaceful greenspace, providing extra outdoor space and room for grilling in the summer and al fresco dining.  Each unit also has its own washer and dryer and an assigned parking space.

Kitchens and baths are spacious and may have been recently updated, depending on the current owner.

Floorplan Parthenon

With only 42 condo townhomes in the community, there are never many homes on the market at any given time. However, since the Lise Howe Group is located just a few miles down the road in Washington DC we pay a lot of attention to the activity at Lakeshore Townhomes.  If you want to move to this gem in Bethesda on a quiet street backing to Cabin John Park, give us a call at 240-401-5577 or email us at lise@lisehowe.com.  Chances are we know of a property that isn’t even on the market yet. How Much Is Your Lakeshore Townhome Condo Worth?

There are a number of sites on the internet that will give you ‘estimates’ for what your home will sell for. These sites use public records and usually some kind of algorithm to try to produce a value for your home. These sites also publicly state their ‘error rates’. That means they aren’t correct, they are simply an estimate based on incomplete date. We would love to do a free comparitive market analysis of your home or condo in Bethesda (or anywhere else in the market area) and let you know what could expect to get in today’s market if you are considering selling. Our valuation is based on up to the day data for homes that have recently sold in the area. Our valuation is not based on a formula that relies on public records which can take months to update.
