These two townhouse communities are located near the intersection of Bradley Blvd and Arlington Road, close to the Metro, the Capital Crescent Trail, and all the best of downtown Bethesda’s shops and restaurants. There are two separate condo communities that comprise Kenwood Forest – Kenwood Forest I which is to the east of Arlington Road along Bradley, Kenwood Forest Lane and Fairfax, and Kenwood Forest II which is to the east of Arlington Road along Bradley, Hillandale, Offutt, Chevy Chase and Wilmett.
