West Spring Condominiums offer several different sized condos. Studios start at 525 square feet.. You can also choose a 1 bedroom with one bath, 2 bedroom with one bath or two bedroom two bath floor plans. Some of the two bedrooms are 1403 square feet, offering an astonishing amount of space for the money.
Built in 1962 and converted to condos in 1979, the condos originally sold for $50,000 for a two bedroom one bath. Over time, individual owners have updated their condos so the sale price and property condition really do reflect the particular unit.
West Spring Condominiums are located in three separate buildings, each with its own street address. Occupants have a covered parking space and additional storage.

You also are very close to Cabin John Park, a great place to explore or ride the mini train. Cabin John Park is also home to a county ice skating rink where my daughter spent many happy hours placing ice hockey and learning to figure skate. The nearest county golf course is on Falls Road in Potomac.
