The smallest unit which has came to market this year was a terrace level (T-101) with 959 square feet listed for $397,000. It was initially listed for $410,000 and was on the market for 16 days. Homes have ranged from the high $500s for a 1410 square unit to $1,349,000 for a three bedroom two and a half bath unit with 1896 square feet of space and two garage parking spaces.
