This unit had two storage units and two parking spaces. It had new carpet, but needed updates, including the kitchen and baths. I can attest to the property condition of this property since I represented the buyers who are now so happy to call it home! Like many other owners in Sumner Village, my buyers were downsizing from the family home of forty years.
When we started looking these buyers wanted to live in downtown Bethesda to be able to walk to all the restaurants and movies – but then they saw Sumner Village and fell in love with the space, the greenery and the proximity to the canal for long hikes and kayaking adventures.
