There isn’t a lot on the market right now at the Darcy although that can always change. At the time that this blog post is being written in mid-September 2017, there is only one property on the market at the Darcy.
Unit 401 is for sale for $1,850,000 and listed by DC Premier Real Estate. This spacious condo with nine foot ceilings and walls of glass has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with an astonishing 2360 square feet of living space and two large balconies. Bosch stainless steel appliances, custom 42″ cabinets, granite counters and island, pendant lighting, luxury baths and walk in closets are all standard! This condo has a $ 2235 monthly condo fee but it includes a 24 hour concierge, fitness center, lounge and community rooms.
WHAT LUXURY CONDOS HAVE SOLD AT THE DARCY?
Since there are only 88 units, you can imagine that there have not been many luxury condos at the Darcy turning over. In the last six months there have been four sales. Unit 302, a one bedroom with 794 square feet of space, sold for $615,000 in late May 2017. Two two bedrooms have sold in the last six months also. Unit 209 sold for $795,000 with 1088 square feet of space in late August 2071, and Unit 503 sold for $730,100 with 1016 square feet of living space. Unit 503 closed in March 2017. The largest unit to sell in the last six months was 501 which has 2355 square feet of space and included three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two balconies, two parking spaces, and storage. Unit 501 sold for $2,395,000.
