There are a variety of units at the Christopher. The smallest one bedrooms are 532 square feet or 537 square feet.  Other one bedrooms are 664 square feet.  The two bedroom one bath units start at 761 square feet  while the two bedroom two bath condos are between 877 and approximately 1000 square feet. In addition there are several 3 bedroom on the penthouse level with approximately 1350 square feet of space.  Some of the units even have fireplaces.  Many of them have oversized balconies offering a spectacular view of Bethesda.  The Christopher was built in 1991 so it is lead free and has more energy efficient features than the older buildings in Bethesda.

The condo fees for units at the Christopher range from $422 for a two bedroom one bath condo with 761 square feet to $542 for a 978 square foot two bedroom two bath condo.  The fee for a three bedroom two bath condo with a fireplace on the penthouse level with 1378 square feet of space is $760 a month in 2017.

The condo fee includes water and sewer, master insurance, outside maintenance, lawn care, property management, the swimming pool, exercise room, storage lockers, party room, elevators and the front desk which is staffed 24/7.
