Lise Howe recently handled the sale of my townhouse in Germantown, MD. I had known Lise for years as she has been a highly-regarded realtor and she is very friendly and engaging. I enthusiastically recommend Lise Howe as a real estate agent.  I am a military retiree who purchased 15 properties during my career and 6 more in retirement.  We just sold our 14^th – we’ve been on one side of the table or the other 35 times and have worked with many different agents.  Without qualification I can assure you Lise Howe is the best we’ve ever worked with.   She is incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and worked tirelessly to get us the best outcome with a challenging buyer.  As could be expected, last minute issues arose, even at the closing itself.  Lise quickly identified solutions and facilitated them so the sale went through as scheduled.  She has a great support team with The Lise Howe Group which kept us on top of every item that popped up.  We went from initial offer to closed sale in a matter of weeks.  We have sold properties “by owner” in the past.  Now, having worked with Lise, I would definitely call her if we were to sell another house in MD and absolutely ask her to represent us in the purchase of one.  My wife and I agree she’s positively the best real estate agent we’ve worked with.
